What do the private hire events look like?

Private Hire events are a great way to spend time as a group without interruption!

We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before their allotted time.
A short safety briefing will take place as well as an explanation and introduction to the arcade and it's staff.

There will be a large container of tokens that each guest will take from. If someone runs out, they scoop some more from the container!
Staff will be on hand at all times to provide assistance with any machines, questions or emergencies.

Facilities

A wheelchair ramp is situated at the front entrance that is suitable for children's pushchairs, manual wheelchairs and most electric wheelchairs (Weight that exceeds 362kg can damage the ramp and may result in injury)

There are no bathrooms on-site and we ask guests to use the nearby public toilets, if they should need to.

The racing simulators are the only machines which have a strict safety code enforced by our staff.
The Racing simulators are not suitable for anyone under 150cm in hight or over 145kg in weight.
The seat is only 20cm off of the ground which means getting down and back up is a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

Guest Numbers

The number of total guests includes adults and children of all ages.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Additional guests, beyond the listed amount, will be charged a £10.00 entrance fee or a £15.00 late notice fee, if they are added to the party with less than 24hrs notice.

please note the the number of people is regulated for emergency incident safety. Before all private hire timeslots there will be a short safety briefing to ensure everyone knows what to do and where to go in case of emergency.

Prizes

All prize machines will be stocked shortly before the private hire timeslot, after which, there will be no restocking during the allotted time.

The value of the prizes will be dependant on the bundle specifications. Basic and Basic+ bundles will not have prizes with a value exceeding £50.00.

If you have a request which involves special prizes being put in place (e.g. a child's birthday gift that they will have the opportunity to win, a specific character from a favourite game etc.) then please reach out to us directly here
